Preferred Partnership Agreements are a hybrid of retained search & contingency search for those clients that don't want to work on a retained basis, but need a search firm committed to filling the position. Beyond an engagement fee required to initiate the search, no additional payments are required unless you hire a candidate we refer. The engagement fee allows us to dedicate resources specifically on your search. You will complete your search more quickly and at no higher cost than a traditional contingency search. The engagement fee is fully transferable, provides an extended guarantee period, and many more benefits.
